Sikh Reflections for Hard Seasons
For illness, caregiving, burnout, money worries or a long hard stretch
What this journey is for
A gentle 90-day journal for a hard season: illness, your own or a loved one's, caring for someone, burnout, money worries, loneliness, or a long hard stretch. Each day offers a line of Gurbani, the words of the Sikh Gurus, with one small question and a tiny practice that is kind to your body. It sits alongside your care, never instead of it. You need no prior knowledge of Sikhi and do not need to observe anything to begin.
Each day
A short passage, one question to sit with, room to write and one small practice. About five minutes.
