Muslim Reflections for Fathers
Fatherhood in all its forms, with the Quran
What this journey is for
A 90-day journal for fathers: expectant and new fathers, stepfathers, adoptive and foster fathers, single fathers, and fathers who live apart from their children. Each day brings a short passage from the Quran, the holy book of Islam, a question and a small practice on presence, patience, your own father, work, mistakes and the faith you hope to pass on. It is for any father, however close to or far from faith you feel right now. You do not need to know Arabic, how to pray, or any prior practice to begin.
Each day
A short passage, one question to sit with, room to write and one small practice. About five minutes.
