クルアーンとともに、毎日のふり返り
イスラム教は、ムスリム（イスラム教徒）の信仰です。ムスリムは唯一の神（アラビア語でアッラー）を信じ、7世紀のアラビアで預言者ムハンマド（彼に平安あれ）に啓示されたと信じるクルアーン（コーラン）を信じています。
ムスリムは、礼拝、断食、施し、そして神を想い起こすことを通して信仰を生きています。これらのジャーニーでは、クルアーンの短い一節と、よく知られた預言者の言葉を、やさしい言葉で説明しながら用います。アラビア語が読めなくても、まだ礼拝をしていなくても、始めることができます。

Ramadan
イスラム暦の9番目の月。毎年およそ11日ずつ早まります。
A thirty-day journal for Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, when many Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, read the Quran, pray and give. It follows the month from its first evening through the last ten nights to Eid al-Fitr, the festival that ends it. Ramadan comes about eleven days earlier each year, and you can use this journal in the month itself or at any time. No prior knowledge is needed, and you do not need to fast or observe anything to begin.
