Jewish Reflections for Hard Seasons
For illness, caregiving, burnout and long hard stretches
A che cosa serve questo percorso
A journal for a hard season: illness, your own or someone else's, caring for someone, burnout, money worries, loneliness, or a long stretch that has gone on too long. Each day pairs a short passage from the Hebrew Bible or the Jewish prayer book with one question and one tiny, gentle practice, on lament, rest, asking for help, small mercies, faith and doubt, and hope. It sits alongside your care, never instead of it, and never treats suffering as a punishment or a test. No prior knowledge of Judaism or any Jewish practice is needed.
