Jewish Reflections on Grief
Grief and mourning, at your own pace, with Jewish tradition
A che cosa serve questo percorso
A gentle 90 day journal for anyone who is grieving, whoever you have lost and however long ago. It follows the rhythm of Jewish mourning, from the first days and the week of shiva to the first month and the first year, with short passages, one question and one small act of care each day. You can lean on these customs as much or as little as you like. No prior knowledge or observance is needed, and every term is explained as you go.
Questo testo è mostrato in inglese perché i percorsi di questa tradizione non sono ancora stati scritti in Italiano.
