Ninety days of companionship for mothers, from pregnancy through the early years, however you became one: birth, adoption, fostering, step-parenting or caring for a child in your family. Each day offers a short passage from the teachings of the Buddha, one question and a small practice of care. It touches on rest, worry, joy, help from others and passing on what matters. No knowledge of Buddhism, and no meditation experience, is needed.
