Ninety days of reflection for fathers: expectant and new fathers, stepfathers, adoptive and foster fathers, single fathers, and fathers who live apart from their children. Each day offers a short passage from the teachings of the Buddha, one question and a small, practical step, on presence, patience, work, mistakes and repair, and looking after yourself. It also makes room for whatever kind of father you had. No knowledge of Buddhism is needed to begin.
