Hindu Reflections on Grief
Grief and mourning, at your own pace
A che cosa serve questo percorso
A gentle journal for anyone who is grieving, whoever you have lost and however long ago. Each day has a short reading from Hindu scripture, such as the Bhagavad Gita, one small question and one small act of care. It follows Hindu ways of mourning and remembering, described, never required. No prior knowledge or practice is needed, and there is no right pace.
Questo testo è mostrato in inglese perché i percorsi di questa tradizione non sono ancora stati scritti in Italiano.
