A 90-day private journal for anyone in a marriage or committed partnership. Each day offers a short line from the Sikh scriptures, one question and one small practice, beginning with the Lavan, the four verses sung at a Sikh wedding. It is for any couple, however long you have been together and whatever season you are in. You do not need any knowledge of Sikhi, or a Sikh wedding, to begin.
