A 90 day journal for mothers, from pregnancy through the early years, and for anyone becoming a mother by adoption, fostering, step-parenting or kinship care. Each day brings a short passage from the Hebrew Bible or the prayer book, one question and one small practice you can do with a child in your arms, on the body, rest, worry, joy, hard days, help and blessing. It is for you whether you grew up Jewish, are returning after years away, or are simply curious. No prior knowledge or observance is needed; every term is explained as you go.
