A fresh start: a move, new work, recovery or return to faith

A journal for any fresh start: a move or migration, a new job or school, retirement, recovery, leaving something behind, or coming back to faith. Each day pairs a short passage from the Quran, the holy book of Islam, with one question and one small practice, moving through setting out, letting go, not knowing, missing home, new people and giving thanks. It is written for beginners as much as anyone, and no prior knowledge or level of practice is needed.
