A 90 day journal for fathers in their own right: new and expectant fathers, stepfathers, adoptive and foster fathers, single fathers, and fathers who live apart from their children. Each day brings a short passage from the Hebrew Bible or the early rabbis, one question and one small practice, on presence, patience, tenderness, your own father, work, repair, blessing and looking after yourself. It is for you whether you grew up Jewish, are coming back after years away, or are simply curious. No prior knowledge or observance is needed; every term is explained as you go.
