Hindu Reflections on Motherhood
Motherhood, from pregnancy through the early years
Para que serve esta jornada
A journal for mothers from pregnancy through the early years, however you became one: by birth, adoption, fostering, step-parenting or caring for a child in your family. Each day has a short reading from Hindu scripture, such as the Bhagavad Gita, one question and one small practice that fits a busy, tired day. It makes room for the body, tiredness, worry, joy, anger, help from others and faith in the small hours. No prior knowledge or practice is needed.
